The 20-week program combines technical instruction, professional development, and job-matching services, with support to achieve globally recognized CompTIA certification. Participants will join a vibrant, women-led network and gain access to top American and regional employers. The program is free for accepted candidates. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of State and implemented by Correlation One.  Which Fields are Eligible? The eligibility criteria include: Women aged up to 40 years old Citizens and residents of Egypt or Jordan Unemployed or underemployed Holders of an undergraduate/bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM How are Applicants Selected? Applicants are selected based on a competitive technical assessment and a recorded interview. The assessment helps evaluate Cybersecurity aptitude, while the interview gauges career goals and comfort with English content. Both are used to assess potential, not just scores.
