Readout error mitigation in dynamic quantum circuits

I was looking into this paper : https://arxiv.org/pdf/2406.07611v2 and was wondering how to implement it on IBM hardware. It's about readout error mitigation in circuits with mid circuit measurements and feedforward operations. Specifically, I want to randomly apply X gates at runtime before mid circuit measurements (and after) and also randomly sample at runtime from a probability distribution $\alpha$ that is known at compile time as specified in the paper. Note that it is required to do this

that is known at compile time as specified in the paper. Note that it is required to do this on a shot-by-shot basis.
Now we could theoretically do all random sampling dynamically by creating appropriate states in a separate register and mid-circuit measurements on that register but that would have a large latency and introduce decoherence errors so we want to avoid that.
Is there a way to do this? I was also wondering how the authors of this paper ran their experiments on IBM hardware. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
